STAFF

MANAGER: Andy has been involved in youth football for 12 years or more,and for the past 5 years decided the challenge of female football was to much to ignore after having so many daughters.Andy decided to make a club decision and start coaching boys and girls football due to the Fa rules and now coaches groups from year one and reception up to U13's. Andy is a Youth Mentor and a fully Qualified counsellor and the clubs Welfare Officer. Andy also has scouting duties that takes him away from time to time

COACH: Gail is not only the club secretary but used to coach the junior side before a bad football injury. Gail is a FA approved coach and qualified Referee. Gail has a good understanding of football due to watching lots of football at all levels and working with the FA.

COACH: Elisha has been a former player for Heatwave girls and has progressed on through her FA coaching bages level 1 and level 2. Elisha also works for arsenal and still plays for Islington ladies football club. Elisha is a fully qualified referee and a valued member of our staff.

Dimitri has been with Rainbow for 3 years and has showed that as with all of the other Coaches he is very adaptable with working with the boys and the older Girls at Rainbow.
Dimitri has also become a Welfare Officer and at times Referees for HYFL. Dimitri has a very good knowledge of Europian football and can always relate very well with the younger players.
We are more than happy to have Dimitri with us

Tony started his coaching career with us so he is more than able to train girls as well as boys. Tony has vast experience and is used to dealing with large numbers. Tony runs the U9's but when we rotate the coaches he is popular with all age groups. Tony always gives his all and is a credit to the Football Club.

George started a Rainbow as a parent and has proved that if you work hard and try your best you can achieve to your greatest potential. George has gone on to take his FA Level 1 coaching badge and has developed great personal skills. George is able to coach all levels and enjoys learning and passing on his knowledge to the players. George has a way of making sessions easy and enjoyable for all. George is a top coach and needs no supervision and has produced a very well balanced U9's team that has developed into a big squad of talented Under 10s.

Antonio has come to Rainbow with a desire to learn more about Coaching. Antonio has worked with all the groups and brings with him a lot of energy that always reflects on his group.
Antonio has a good knowledge of Football that combines with his great parental skills to make a person that understands how to deal with all aspects of children playing and enjoying football.

Ade has come along as a volunteer and has worked with all age groups and he has a very good way of teaching children football. Ade still plays football at the moment and is very active with Rainbow adult teams

Rob is a very talented Coach that Coaches the Under 6s. He delivers interesting and fun sessions that help to allow the young players to start their Football.
Rob also is happy to do other age groups and has a very good personality and a great person to have around the Club. Rob also plays a good level of football.

Renaye started her football as a player with our girls team from the age of 13. She understands the family mentality and the Club background. At the moment she is continuing her education but has come back to the club to volunteer her services to help coach. She is training the U12's girls and will be their Manager until she goes off to University next year. Its good for the girls to have a role model to look up to.
